school days.

Well so far so good just busy as can be and its only been a week. During the week we learned the basics of composition, pencil strokes and perspective.
This is one of my black and white pieces called "As I come." I had to learn to plan a piece with thumbnails,

then the finished art.

Fortunately we got to go to the beach.

School of Illustration Pride! XD

The beach we went to was called Mile 99 and man its easy to get in the water but harder to come out. I got “mai-taied” as the surfers say. It took me 3 tries to get out.

On Sunday we had a mini monsoon which I enjoyed very much.

A friend of mine and I conspired to do up his hair as Cloud as from Final Fantasy but it didn't quite work but we'll try again.

Well I love you all and I'm doing aright thanks for your prayers.

Whew I made it through the day and night. The school was confused about where I would be staying so I couldn't blog. I got there about 15 minutes late because of my flight between the islands of Maui and Hawai'i was late.I was the first student to be at the school. In the evening I attended the school leader, Karen's daughter, Ashley's 18th birthday party and went to bed about 11.

Her friends were very cute and funny and they blew the noise makers as loud as they could. They sounded like a bunch of chickens to me XD.

I ended up spending the night with a staffer Jennifer in her room and she was a total sweet heart to me. We both talked about theater and she had acted in Sight and Sound on the east coast.

Well I registered with out any hitches and now I'm just relaxing and enjoying Hawai'i and tomorrow I get to do a presentation. You all have a good night

House Guest from HELL 0_O

Wow what a night and I haven't even left yet 0_o. We had a “house guest” from hell (literally ). She had posed as some kind of pastor with a HUGE religious spirit to boot ( Delusional) earlier to day she had tried to assert herself as a pastor of the house but my mom stood her ground.

Dad dropped her off at the bus for her to go to school. We later had gone out to eat and she had come back (she used the police as a taxi and they didn't want to deal with her so they brought to our house). I think they talked to my brother or someone. Anyway our dear friend came home with us and we wanted to just talk and she become very confrontational. She wouldn't come out because she was busy “Praying”.

They tried to open the door and she we were and that was the last straw for our friend. Filled with righteous indignation just told her “What your doing is wrong!” and she looked up at her and said “who are you? are you a Christian? Our friend said to her “Don't even go there. Get your coat!”
the lady was freaked out and our friend stepped away and said she had five minutes to get herself together. Instead she was calling the POLICE! Our friend snidely told her “Did Jesus tell you to do that?” Dad found out and he called the police and she went out with out a fuss.(Although she did say “I shake the dust off my feet” Oh that pissed me off)....

Well I learned 3 things for what I can use in YWAM

1.Don't believe anything just because “sounds” possibly Christian. I now know what a religious spirit looks like, the spirit basically sounds like “I know best” mentality and uses fear to try to control you. She wouldn't submit to the owners of the house my Mom and Dad.
2.If you need someone to be your defender, ask your friends.
3.Anything by Tyler Perry's Madea is a sure fire litmus test for religiosity XD.
I love you all and be praying that I have a safe trip.

Love ya

The day before travel

Well its a day before I travel and the fear in my heart has gone down a lower pich. I'm mostly packed, I have the insurance that I needed to get (Just in time might I add.)
Our black cat Sophie got caught in a tree in the back yard. We think that a raccoon cased her up there, the poor thing. Dad rescued her and she's safe now. Currently I've been on a anime series called “Mushi-shi; in the curse lies the cure.” Its a quiet but weird anime.

The story takes place in Meiji era?(I think thats when it takes place) Japan, about a man named Ginkgo(pictured above). He is a Mushi master; who studies mysterious creatures known as mushi; a creature thats a borderline supernatural creature (I think of it as paranormal alien germs XD).

As he explains it Mushi are like the most basic from of life. But what he ends up doing is curing people who have Mushi inside of them or around them causing internal imbalance or personal harm. I like it because it reminds me of spiritual discernment. In order to cure people he has to find what exact kind of Mushi he is dealing with and how to cure the person in question. Most of the episodes are stand alone stories( Although I recommended watching the first 4 or 5 in order.)Its has lots of off-kilter images, beautiful parred with subtle creepyness but not quite disturbing (tame in comparison to say what the sci-fi channel has.) The music is great with eerie chimes and gong sounding instruments. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give it a 10. Well you have a good day or night. I report of my travels to you soon.
Love ya Clar.

At the he(art) of it all the introdution

I’m getting started on my new year’s resolution this year (at Christmas no less). I’m going to keep a bolg of my adventures to arts school; reviews of anime music and movies I happen to like (read fangirl over them); rant about stuff I don't happen to like and digest what I'm learning about God and his nature. Welcome to the randomosity.
Well right now I'm a bit additicted to a website known as hulu.com, its like T.V. on the internet.
